i had issues with breakfast. coffee orders took 35 minutes and never arrived!!! buffet items were sparse. the hotel also took my parking ticket for a discount, then they claimed they hadn't the next day causing inconvenience.

The grill's recommendation proved spot-on. we thoroughly enjoyed our meal there. the staff made it even better. the hotel location is also really central. It's just a ten-minute walk to main transport hubs.
i found the room decor gave off a slightly dim vibe.

The baggage handler gave HELPFUL information regarding directions.
I was REALLY disappointed in my stay. The air conditioning was awful. It was either freezing or boiling. It made a very loud rattling noise at times. The reception staff asked why i hadn't complained during the night.

I had a great room layout. The furnishings were comfortable (I liked the desk area). The hotel provided ample space and effective blackout curtains.
The water pressure was very low in my room. The hot water also kept cutting out. I had to wait a long time for tea and breakfast. The food was overcooked.
